An LA-based exercise-insider had been raving about a class at Body & Soul Workout called Ellipticore. Hmm … our favorite gym equipment (the elliptical) and the body part we aspire most to tone (the core)? We were intrigued. Turns out, it’s a fun way to work both your upper body and stomach muscles, with the motivation of group exercise. Go team!
