Daily bit bottom

Make Valentine’s Day sizzle with the workout that sparks your love life! You’ll get extra zing in the bedroom with these simple exercises called “Vagina Aerobics” by renowned romance expert Dr. Ava Cadell.

Technically known as Kegels, “Vagina Aerobics” strengthen your pubococcygeus (PC) muscles, which keep your vajayjay tight and toned. “Strong PC muscles result in strong orgasms,” promises Cadell.

First, find your PC muscle. It’s the muscle used to stop the flow when you urinate, so locate it the next time you use the bathroom.

Then, twice a day, put your vajayjay to work:

1. Squeeze and hold PC muscles for 3 seconds. Relax and repeat for 20 repetitions.

2. Tighten and relax PC muscles 10 times in rapid succession. Repeat 3 times.

3. Lie on your back and inhale deeply. Pull up your pelvis by imagining that you’re sucking water into your v-word. Hold for 3 seconds, then push out.

Your PC muscles will soon grow stronger, leading to orgasmic results like never before!
