PARK your mat

What: Free scenic exercise classes sounds like a stretch…but starting this week they can be had by all. NYC kicks off its summer of complimentary outdoor yoga in Bryant Park and along the Hudson.
When: Bryant Park: Thursdays at 6 PM. The Plaza at 66th and Riverside Park: Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.
How: Free
Why: It’s time to take your sun salutations literally.
   
ECO fro-yo

What: Being green is so cool, it’s frozen! This summer, treat yourself by skipping the line at Pinkberry and choosing from NYC’s newest organic fro-yo options made with local ingredients and served in ecotainers.

What: This Father’s Day, pamper your pop with handmade cologne or aftershave from DS & Durga. Created in Brooklyn with high-quality oils, herbs and seeds, they’re made without any animal products or synthetic oils.

HANG out

What: Warm weather making you feel adventurous? Crunch invites you to try their AntiGravity Yoga workshop created by gymnasts and expert acrobats, which shows anyone how to get the flexibility and strength – not to mention the adrenaline rush – of aerial performers.
Where: Crunch 59th St. 1109 Second Ave.
When: Saturday, 6/14. 45-minute sessions begin at noon, 1 and 2 PM.
How: Just fly by.
Why: It’s been years since you last hung upside down, did a headstand, or fantasized about joining the circus. Be the ringleader and invite a friend to relive the dream.
