Daily bit top

/Tryptophan/ n: When you slip into a food coma tomorrow, don’t blame tryptophan. This sleep-inducing amino acid found in turkey takes the heat for making gobblers drowsy, but in truth, there isn’t nearly enough to have that effect (you’ll find comparable amounts in chicken and beef). So if you feel like you’re “tryp”-ing, try pointing a finger at your wine glass instead.
